If you have assembled a proper survival kit with all of the components required, you are ready to have it certified by your Patrol Leader (If you are a Patrol Leader, you must have it certified by the Senior Patrol Leader. Open the Adobe Acrobat pdf file for the Certified Survival Kit Form. Follow the Instructions on the sheet. When complete, return the form to Assistant Scoutmaster Shannon. Be in Class A for your picture to be taken. Your laminated Certified Survival Kit form will be returned to you at the next regular Troop Meeting.
